Clare Lambert
Clare has been creative from a very young age. After graduating in International Textiles & Surface Pattern, it lead her into the Greeting card industry.
Originally working in a design studio, then breaking into the Freelance world.
Gaining over 20 years as a Freelance artist. Clare has a wealth of experience, designing for many card companies over the years, both Wholesale and Retail. From Card Factory, International Greetings, Cherry Orchard, Noel Tatt, Simon Elvin, to name a few.
Over the past few years she has worked for Out of the Blue studios, where her designs were included within a range, nominated for the prestigious Henries award.
Originally she painted everything by hand but soon turned to the digital creative world and has ever looked back.
She is very good at creating commercial designs and working to briefs but equally relishes a more open brief, so she can really get her design ideas flowing. Clare’s favourite part to the whole design process is colouring up her artworks. She has a love for colour, design and formatting new layouts for her designs.
Living in the Yorkshire Dales and on a farm, there are many ways she can get out and enjoy the beautiful countryside.
Clare is very active and loves nothing more than walking her two black Labradors or cycling round the country lanes.
